The Process

We aim to be easy and flexible to work with, offering a number of ways you can initially contact us with an enquiry. Please find these below along with the process we follow to complete on your bridging loan.

Stage 1. Quick Enquiry

For a prompt decision in principle, please complete the relevant quick enquiry form. Alternatively please call or email us.

We do not charge any upfront fees for dealing with an enquiry or application.

By Phone: Call us on 0844 224 7554 to discuss the case.

By Email: Please email info@bridgingfinance-solutions.co.uk with an outline of the case. Please include the information we ask for on our Quick Enquiry Form.

Online: Please complete the relevant Quick Enquiry Form. can be completed online or by hand.

By Fax: Fax us on 0151 639 7557 with outline of the case. Please include the information we ask on our Quick Enquiry Form.

Stage 2. Application & Valuation

To proceed (after receiving a Decision in Principle) please complete the Application Form [PDF Form on Page].

The borrower will need to sign the completed Application Form. You can however fax or email us a copy for approval whilst we wait for the signed original through the post.

Provide your Identity Documentation

Depending on preference, we can instruct the valuation either before or after we have received and approved the application.

Stage 3. Offer Letter

Upon approval of the valuation and application form, we will issue a formal Offer Letter and legal pack which will be sent directly to your solicitors.

Stage 4. Solicitors

Depending on the borrower’s preference and urgency, we can instruct our solicitors at any stage in the process. We would normally instruct upon issuing the Offer Letter.

Stage 5. Completion

Once all necessary documentation has been received and legal work completed, we will arrange for transfer of the borrower’s money into their solicitors account.
