Regional Business Development Manager
BFS Group continued to deliver exceptional results in 2019, yet another year where we achieved our target of 25% compound growth. We are proud to deliver such levels of consistency whilst helping our clients across the UK.
Growth cannot be achieved without the right people however and we are looking for a hungry, competitive and experienced BDM to join our expanding sales team.
The role will primarily involve meeting and networking with clients, brokers and introducers across the west of the country, down through Staffordshire, West Midlands and South Wales.
An ability to work remotely and autonomously is an absolute must, as is the ability to understand the short term bridging and development finance marketplace
This is a senior role reporting directly to the Head of Sales, as such expectations will be high. To reflect the importance of the role we will offer you a competitive salary, car allowance and uncapped OTE through what we believe is a market-leading incentive scheme.
